Your data. Your exit.

Disconnect Gmail and remove the data we hold, whenever you choose.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Settings in your connected workspace.
  2. Choose Disconnect & delete my data.
  3. Review the confirmation and confirm deletion.

We request revocation of your Google token and immediately remove your account record, email address, encrypted credentials, preferences, saved AI brief and all sessions from the active application database. Your Gmail messages are not deleted.

If Google is temporarily unavailable

Local deletion still completes. If token revocation cannot be confirmed, the app tells you to finish revocation in your Google Account connections. Remove DailyAiBrief there to stop any remaining Google grant.

If you cannot sign in

First revoke access in your Google Account connections. For local deletion without a session, contact [email protected] from the connected address. The operator must verify account ownership before processing a manual request; do not send passwords or tokens. Google revocation alone does not delete local records.

Delete only the AI brief

Turn off private AI processing in Settings and save. This erases the latest saved brief and stops future AI processing while keeping ordinary Gmail inbox access.

Retention after inactivity

Accounts expire after 30 days without authenticated app activity and are purged on the next service database activity or scheduled cleanup. The application has no backup system. An in-flight AI request may finish processing after deletion, but it cannot recreate the deleted account or save its output.
