Google says the app is unverified
The project may still be in Google's Testing mode. Only test users added by the project owner can complete the test flow. A public website does not by itself mean Google has approved the app. Ask the operator about the verification status.
I cannot connect my Gmail
Start the connection again in the same browser. If you are a test user, make sure you select the invited Google account. A redirect mismatch must be fixed by the operator in Google Cloud. Workspace administrators may also restrict third-party applications.
The connection worked, then expired
Google can expire or revoke tokens. External projects in Testing mode normally receive Gmail refresh tokens that expire after seven days. Reconnect through the Connect page. For repeated issues, remove the app in Google Account connections and authorize it again.
My daily brief is not ready
Save your API key, endpoint and model in Settings, use Test connection, then enable AI processing and save. Automatic daily processing is needed only for scheduled briefs. You can use Create daily brief to request one manually. Check provider credits and model access if a request fails. Briefs include up to 10 recent inbox messages, not your entire mailbox.
Does opening a message mark it read?
No. Opening a message alone leaves it unchanged. Use Mark as read or Mark as unread explicitly. Archive removes a message from Inbox; Move to Trash asks for confirmation. Use Gmail to reply or restore a message from Trash.
My connection only has read access
Visit Connect Gmail and approve the updated permission to enable message actions. Adding a scope in Google Cloud does not upgrade an existing token. Reconnecting the same account keeps your app settings; Disconnect and delete removes them.
I want to leave
Use Settings to disconnect and delete app data. Follow the deletion instructions if you no longer have an active app session.
