A few things to agree on.
Terms of Service. Effective September 18, 2026.
The service
DailyAiBrief, operated by Daily AI brief, is an email productivity application for Gmail. By connecting an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to accept these terms and authorized to access the Google account you connect.
Your authorization
You authorize the app to access Gmail within the permissions you approve, and to update read/unread or inbox labels when you choose those actions. Offline tokens maintain the connection. AI analysis and automatic daily processing each require the settings described in the app; they are optional.
Responsible use
Use the service only for accounts and messages you are entitled to access. Do not use it to break the law, infringe another person's rights, bypass security, collect other users' data or disrupt the service. Keep your Google account and devices secure.
AI output
Briefs may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. Check the original emails before relying on summaries, dates or suggested actions. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using the service. No AI suggestion automatically sends email or changes your inbox.
Your content
Your email and account data remain yours. You give the operator only the permissions needed to provide the features you enable. We do not claim ownership of your messages or use them for advertising or generalized AI training.
Availability and limitations
The service depends on Google APIs and the private AI service. Availability and behavior may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect summaries. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time, revoke Google access, or disconnect and delete your account. We may suspend access to address abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or loss of API access. See data deletion for what is removed.
Changes and contact
We will publish changes to these terms here and seek renewed consent when required. For questions, contact [email protected].
